Yes. The assessment is done from the outside, without access to your site, and you receive a written, factual, verifiable report, with no obligation. It should not be confused with the full audit (with access), which is a paid service, offered free when you subscribe to a 12-month plan.
If you are on a plan, restoration from a tested backup is covered according to your plan's terms. For a site already compromised outside any plan, a clean-up service disinfects the site, closes the entry point and restores the protections.
